Workplace Assessments are a structured way to uncover underlying human resource issues within an organization. They provide an opportunity to better understand and assess the root cause of  issues, complaints, poor morale, or negative employee behaviours  and allow time to explore and determine what options are available in addressing these concerns, both in the short and long term.

There are many indicators that your workplace may be in need of an assessment including low morale, informal complaints made by employees and other leaders within your organization and overall negative behaviours among any and all members of the organization.

Through a targeted workplace assessment I am able to better understand the root causes of these visible, negative behaviours and determine what improvements can be made to create a culture and working environment where employees and leaders are able to achieve their full potential and become a positive influence within the organization and, as a result, increase productivity within the organization.

Following a thorough workplace assessment and/or investigation, my desire is to deliver the following outcomes:
